At Westminster Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
